Failure to provide such notification within the specified timeframe will be considered as your acceptance of the treatment reports and receipts as accurate.

1.2. Three Months Guarantee: After completing three steam and chemical spray treatments, we offer a three-month guarantee. In the unlikely event that the treatments are not effective, we will provide up to two additional visits free of charge, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
1.3. Full Property Treatments: Our guarantee terms apply only to treatments conducted on the entire property. Partial property treatments are not covered under this guarantee.
1.4. Reporting Pests: It is essential to inform us of any remaining alive pests within 30 days of the treatment. Failure to do so will automatically invalidate your guarantee.
1.5. Current Infestation Coverage: Our guarantee applies solely to the current infestation and does not cover any future re-infestations that may occur after the treatment period.
1.6. Compliance with Aftercare Instructions: To ensure the effectiveness of the treatment, it is crucial to follow the aftercare instructions provided in your treatment report, whether given orally or in writing. Failure to comply with these instructions will render the guarantee invalid.
2.1. We provide a 3-month guarantee for our heat treatments, which covers the entire property.
2.2. In the event of a failed heat treatment, we offer up to two additional steam and chemical spray treatments at no extra cost, as stated in our Guarantee Terms and Conditions.
2.3. Please note that our guarantee only applies to treatments conducted on the entire property. Partial property treatments are not covered.
2.4. To maintain the validity of your guarantee, it is essential to inform us of any remaining live pests within 30 days of the treatment. Failure to do so will automatically invalidate the guarantee.
2.5. Our Guarantee Terms and Conditions exclusively cover the current infestation and do not extend to any future re-infestations.
2.6. The guarantee will be considered invalid if the aftercare instructions provided in your treatment report, whether given orally or in writing, are not followed.

3.1. In the event that we are unable to fulfil the agreed job, we will provide a full refund for any pre-paid services. To initiate a refund, please contact us via email, phone call, or in writing within 30 days from the date of payment.

3.2. Please note that deposits are non-refundable if a cancellation notice is given less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service date and time.

3.3. It is important to provide accurate details in your written or oral communication with us. We cannot be held responsible for issuing a refund if inaccurate information is provided.

3.4. Kindly understand that refunds will not be issued for services that have already been conducted. Once the work has been completed, we are unable to provide a refund.
