Sharing on the behalf of my boyfriend. He said that Tod was very helpful and professional. Explained fully what to keep and what to throw. Best solution before contacting experts in case it's a small outbreak and so on. Others wouldn't have bothered and just carried on with their work but Tod even helped with stuff he shouldn't have done but still did it. Just for that, it deserves a full 5 stars. Boyfriend is just praying now that their bug problem is gone and hopefully, reading the other reviews, he has high hopes. The service offered for the price is very good too. Those guys really are bed bug specialists. I hired someone else before, but after 3 treatments I couldn't really see much improvement. We did some shopping around and we decided that the heat treatment is the only way and we were right. Tod destroyed them in one go. Had a heat treatment (which also includes a chemical spray) done on our 4-bedroom house almost a year ago now which was 100% effective and gave us instant relief. I remember being sceptical when I first found them because I thought how can they possibly be rated 5 star when bed bugs are such a difficult problem to handle but it’s very much deserved.

Tommy was very responsive and answered all my concerns when we phoned. I had done so much research online and was probably quite annoying with so many questions but he was calm and patiently explained things without being stuck up (which I experienced with other pest controllers who seemed offended I would even question an expert). Then Tod came to do the heat treatment and he was extremely thorough, friendly and reassuring - which goes a long way given the anxiety and emotional toll that comes with having bed bugs.

Hopefully I never experience bed bugs again and nor will my family or friends but if it happens I’d come back to these guys and would strongly recommend them. You feel in safe hands with them.

I have been trying to get rid of the bed bugs for months. Called the council and they came a few times but their treatments are rubbish. Had to call a professional at my own expense because the situation was getting out of hand and my landlord couldn't be more careless about it. Found bed bug specialist online and booked them for treatment. As soon as the guy came, he said the bed bugs are coming from my neighbour and he was right. I talked to my neighbour and he confirmed that they had them for years. I can see a big improvement after the treatment and I have a follow-up scheduled for next week. I'm amazed at how quickly they respond to my emails and how easy it is to arrange treatment with this company. My tenants complained about bed bugs and I immediately started looking for an exterminator. Tommy emailed me 5 minutes after I submitted my enquiry and answered all my questions. The company is very experienced! They will tell exactly what needs to be done and eliminate any risk of re-infestations. Please listen to their instructions. They also offer a discount if repeated treatment is required- and this is rare. Their price for heat treatment (I did not use it) is the lowest price you can find. 3rd treatment- if needed, is free! Tbh I didn't want to write a review as I still kinda feel embarrassed because of the bed bugs, but these guys deserve it. I had been struggling with recurring bed bug issues for months, dealing with various companies with no lasting solution and no one could explain to me why the bed bugs keep returning. Then a friend recommended Bed Bug Specialist. From my first conversation with Tommy, I felt reassured. Very different from other professionals I spoke with. He listened carefully and explained that my problem might be coming from a neighbour. I spoke to them, but they denied havingbed bugs. Tommys colleague did a thorough inspection and confirmed that he saw likely infested furniture and mattresses in my neighbour's garden when he took a look from my bedroom window. I decided to hire Bed Bug Specialist for heat treatments at both my and my neighbours house. It's been over 5 months now and I havent seen a single bed bug since and I'm relieved to say this nightmare seems to be over. I highly recommend this company. We realised we had a bedbug problem when a friend came to stay and was bitten. I was really upset and horrified to say the least. I contacted Tommy who very quickly responded and was able to offer me a visit the next day - I think I had to take one 2 days later in the end because of my work. Pwamen arrived exactly on time and did a thorough inspection at our house. He listened to my concerns and helped to reassure me about various things that I wanted him to identify that weren’t bedbugs / eggs but also found some live bugs too and other evidence that he showed me. He then did a thorough treatment of steaming and then spraying. After that I saw a couple of dead bugs but nothing alive. I then worried I might have a bite and contacted the company again. I also sent photos of some insects I found. Tommy responded really quickly and reassured me they were not bed bugs. He responded very quickly and helpfully to several panicked emails I sent. For piece of mind I requested a further inspection and a “just in case” treatment. Again Pwamen came. He did a full inspection and reassured me there was nothing to find. I suggested he did a treatment anyway but he said really it wasn’t necessary and instead I should contact them if I needed. After this I had no bites and no evidence of bugs (I looked often). The treatment has worked and the company did not do an unnecessary treatment despite me offering to pay, which they easily could have done. I’m really grateful for Pwamen’s kind, reassuring, professional and effective treatment. I’m also so impressed by this company’s honesty. I think it would have been so easy to charge me for another treatment but they showed integrity and did not do this. They were also so kind and reassuring. I think it’s pretty rare to get this type of service and I must say it is pretty awful having bedbugs and did impact me quite badly so it was so brilliant to be helped so well. I would really not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who is having these kind of issues. Thank you again Pwamen and Tommy!
